SUNLU PETG 1.75 mm, 1 kg 3D Printer Filament, Beige

The Sunlu PETG Filament Beige 1.75 mm 1000 g is a fused filament fabrication (FFF) material designed for functional parts that need more toughness and impact resistance than standard PLA. The beige formulation reaches a flexural strength of 70 MPa and an impact strength of 3 kJ/m², making it suitable for household parts and prototypes. It has a tensile strength of 48 MPa and an elongation at break of 11%. Extrusion speeds of up to 300 mm/s are achievable with suitable hardware and slicer settings. These mechanical properties support its use in durable functional applications.

The filament has a 1.75 mm diameter with a tight tolerance of ±0.02 mm to ensure consistent extrusion. It requires a nozzle temperature of 240–260 °C, with a recommended setting of 250 °C. A heated build plate kept at 60–70 °C ensures proper adhesion during printing. The material is compatible with standard FDM and FFF machines, including direct integration with Bambu Lab AMS units. It has a specific gravity of 1.27 g/cm³ and is rated easy to print.
