The SUNLU High-Speed Matte PETG 3D Printer Filament is a black 1.75 mm material supplied on a 1 kg spool for FDM and FFF desktop 3D printers. Formulated for rapid extrusion, the filament supports print speeds up to 600 mm/s when paired with a capable high-speed machine. A matte finish reduces light reflections and helps mask visible layer lines on completed parts. PETG offers inherent durability and chemical resistance, making it suitable for functional components such as equipment housings and workshop fixtures. Printing requires a nozzle temperature of approximately 240 °C, with a usable range from 205 °C to 270 °C.
Dimensional stability is maintained through a tight 0.02 mm diameter tolerance, supporting consistent extrusion during fast print-head movements. A heated build plate temperature between 70 °C and 80 °C is required to prevent part warping. The material has a tensile strength of 48 MPa and an elongation at break of 33%, balancing rigidity with some flexibility under stress. A flexural modulus of 2700 MPa further contributes to the structural integrity of printed objects. The spool feeds correctly through standard loading systems and is explicitly listed as compatible with the Bambu Lab AMS for automated material handling.
Key Features:- Flexural strength of 78 MPa for rigid structural applications
- Impact strength of 4.1 kJ/m² for resistance to sudden mechanical shock
- Filament length of 330 m, providing sufficient material for large prints
- Minimum melting point of 128 °C, indicating the thermal threshold for material flow
- Specific gravity of 1.26 g/cm³, determining the final weight of printed components
- Operating relative humidity below 20% recommended for optimal storage
