The SUNLU High-Speed Matte PETG Filament Grey 1.75 mm 1000 g is designed for fused filament fabrication systems that require rapid output. It supports print speeds up to 600 mm/s, with a recommended operating speed of 400 mm/s depending on the printer and the geometry of the model. Extruded parts have a grey, non-glossy surface that reduces visible reflections on functional parts and prototypes. The supplied spool contains enough material for extended print runs, and the formulation combines standard PETG durability with flow characteristics suited to faster production.

Optimal extrusion occurs at a nozzle temperature of 250 °C with a heated build plate set between 70 °C and 80 °C. A diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm ensures consistent feeding through standard 1.75 mm extruders. The filament is compatible with desktop FFF/FDM 3D printers calibrated for PETG. Correct configuration of the heated build plate ensures adequate first-layer adhesion across the build area. These thermal and dimensional profiles allow the material to maintain reliable flow without under-extrusion.
