The SUNLU High-Speed Matte PETG 3D Printer Filament, 1 kg, white, is a 1.75 mm diameter PETG material supplied on a single 1 kg spool. It is designed for Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) printers and supports print speeds up to 600 mm/s when used with appropriately tuned high-speed hardware. A matte surface finish reduces light reflection and helps mask layer lines or minor surface imperfections on printed objects. The formulation offers the strength, impact resistance, and layer adhesion associated with PETG, making it suitable for functional components and prototypes. The white colour gives a neutral, low-gloss finish for mechanical parts and enclosures.

Printing requires a nozzle temperature of approximately 240 °C and a build plate set between 70 °C and 80 °C. Dimensional accuracy is supported by a tight diameter tolerance of 0.02 mm, which promotes consistent extrusion. The material has a tensile strength of 48 MPa and a flexural strength of 78 MPa. These mechanical properties suit it for brackets, fixtures, and models that require structural rigidity. Thermal properties include a glass transition temperature of 65.5 °C, which sets the upper limit for maintaining part shape under moderate heat.
