SUNLU PETG 1.75 mm, 1000 g 3D Printer Filament, White

The SUNLU PETG W White PETG Filament 1.75 mm 1000 g is a PETG material for Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) and FDM 3D printers. This white filament is formulated for functional parts, fixtures, and prototypes that need higher toughness and environmental resistance than standard PLA. It offers a tensile strength of 48 MPa and a flexural strength of 70 MPa. The material has a flexural modulus of 2100 MPa and an elongation at break of 11 percent, producing durable prints with strong layer adhesion. Its weather-resistant properties suit components exposed to moisture, chemicals, acids, or alkalis, both indoors and outdoors.

The filament is rated for a maximum print speed of 300 mm/sec and requires a nozzle temperature between 240 and 260 degrees Celsius. Users should set the build plate temperature to 60–70 °C for adhesion. Dimensional consistency is maintained through a tight diameter tolerance of 0.02 mm. Classified as easy to use, the material suits both beginners and experienced makers. Compatibility extends to Bambu Lab systems, including the AMS, as well as other FFF/FDM printers supporting 1.75 mm filament. It performs best in environments with relative humidity below 20 percent.
