SUNLU PLA 1.75 mm, 1 kg 3D Printer Filament, Classic Gray

The SUNLU PLA Classic Gray Filament 1.75 mm 1 kg is a standard PLA material for FDM and FFF 3D printers. It is designed for general-purpose prototypes and decorative objects requiring standard material properties. The filament has a flexural strength of 50 MPa and an impact strength of 8 kJ/m². Its mechanical behaviour under load is defined by an elongation at break of 20% and a tensile modulus of 27 MPa, with a specific gravity of 1.36 g/cm³. These characteristics make it suitable for detailed models where dimensional consistency matters more than thermal resistance.

A glass transition temperature of up to 55 °C limits use to standard room-temperature environments. The recommended nozzle temperature is 200 °C, with a maximum of 260 °C. A heated build plate set between 50 °C and 60 °C is recommended for reliable bed adhesion. The spool is wound to reduce tangling during printing. Classified as easy to use, the filament works with standard extruders found in consumer and prosumer FFF and FDM systems. It produces a consistent gray appearance across the printed surface.
