The SUNLU PLA H-S W is a high-speed polylactic acid filament for fused filament fabrication and fused deposition modelling 3D printers. This white 1.75 mm material supports print speeds up to 600 mm/s. Its high-fluidity formulation reduces the likelihood of nozzle clogs during rapid extrusion while keeping material flow consistent. Rapid cooling characteristics help preserve geometric detail and overhang quality at elevated speeds. A low shrinkage rate combined with a tight diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm supports dimensional accuracy. The filament is suited to prototypes and functional models where shorter production times are needed.
This plastic offers notable structural rigidity, with a flexural strength of 75 MPa and a flexural modulus of 2,357 MPa. Tensile strength is 54 MPa, and elongation at break is 13 %, giving reliable resistance to mechanical stress. The material has a melting point of 165.3 °C. Recommended settings are a nozzle temperature of 190–260 °C and a heated build plate set to 50–60 °C. The spool is fully compatible with the Bambu Lab AMS system and standard 1.75 mm FFF hardware. Storing the filament at a relative humidity below 20 % prevents moisture degradation.
Key Features:- One 1 kg spool provides an extended material volume for large-scale prints.
- Impact strength of 5.9 kJ/m² indicates the energy absorption capability of printed components.
- Specific gravity of 1.26 g/cm³ allows accurate calculation of finished model mass.
- Recommended extrusion temperature of 190 °C serves as a practical baseline for initial slicer setup.
- Density of 1,260 kg/m³ defines the material volume-to-mass ratio during slicing.
