SUNLU PLA High-Speed 1.75 mm, 1 kg 3D Printer Filament, Yellow

The SUNLU PLA High-Speed Filament Yellow 1.75 mm, PLA H-S Y is a polylactic acid material formulated for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) systems. It extrudes consistently at higher print speeds than standard PLA, which supports rapid prototyping. The manufacturer specifies a nominal diameter of 1.75 mm with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm to maintain dimensional accuracy. A recommended print speed of 250 mm/s balances surface quality and throughput, and the filament can run at speeds up to 600 mm/s on suitably equipped printers. The spool is precision-wound to reduce tangling during high-speed feeding.

This yellow filament is compatible with most FDM 3D printers that accept 1.75 mm material. A heated bed temperature of 50–60 °C is recommended to ensure proper adhesion. The material has a tensile strength of 39 MPa and a flexural strength of 70 MPa, indicating rigidity suitable for functional models. Impact strength is rated at 4.5 kJ/m², with an elongation at break of 12 %. The formulation produces clean printed details without extensive parameter tuning.
