SUNLU PLA+ 2.0 Beige 3D Printer Filament is a 1.75 mm material supplied on a 1 kg spool for Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) printers. The formulation provides approximately two to three times the toughness of standard PLA, making it suitable for functional components and load-bearing parts. It offers a flexural strength of 83 MPa and an impact strength of 10 kJ/m². This beige material feeds smoothly during extrusion and leaves a smooth surface finish on the printed object. It is intended for users producing detailed models, prototypes, and household items that require more durability than standard filament. The product is supplied as a single spool per pack.

The filament is compatible with approximately 99% of FDM 3D printers. Recommended operating parameters include a nozzle temperature range of 205 °C to 245 °C, with 210 °C serving as the ideal starting point. A heated build plate set between 50 °C and 60 °C ensures proper adhesion during the print. Laser-monitored production maintains a diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm for consistent feeding throughout the spool. Automated neat winding on the spool helps prevent tangles during extrusion. Operating the printer at a steady pace yields reliable layer adhesion for both everyday models and functional components.
