SUNLU PLA+ 1.75 mm, 1 kg 3D Printer Filament, Gray

The SUNLU PLA+ 2.0 Gray Filament is a modified PLA material designed for FDM 3D printing. It offers improved toughness and impact resistance over standard PLA, making it suitable for functional parts, prototypes, and housings. Supplied as a single 1 kg spool, the filament targets users who want easier printing alongside enhanced durability. The material has a specific gravity of 1.21 g/cm³ and an elongation at break of 10%. This formulation balances user-friendly operation with structural integrity for everyday models and components. The output colour is gray, which suits neutral prototypes.

Compatibility extends to approximately 99% of FDM 3D printers, including those from SUNLU. An automated winding process on the spool helps reduce tangling and interruptions during printing. The spool measures 220 × 220 × 80 mm, fitting standard printer mounts. For optimal results, a print speed of 50 mm/sec is recommended. The filament requires a heated build plate set between 50 and 60 °C, and nozzle temperatures of 205–245 °C to ensure proper material flow.
