SUNLU PLA+ 1.75 mm, 1 kg 3D Printer Filament, Orange

The SUNLU PLA+ H-S O High-Speed Orange 3D Printer Filament is a 1 kg spool formulated for Fused Filament Fabrication and FDM 3D printers. It supports print speeds of up to 600 mm/s for rapid prototyping and high-throughput production. The PLA+ formulation provides greater impact resistance and toughness than standard PLA, making it suitable for functional models and engineering projects. Consistent flow characteristics support reliable layer formation during fast extrusion. This orange filament measures 1.75 mm in diameter with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm.

Recommended nozzle temperatures range from 200 °C to 260 °C, with 200 °C as a practical starting point. Users should set the build plate temperature between 50 °C and 60 °C for good adhesion. Mechanical properties include a flexural strength of 86 MPa and an impact strength of 8 kJ/m². The material reaches a maximum melting point of 164 °C and shows an elongation at break of 17%. It is compatible with virtually all FDM systems that accept 1.75 mm filament, including printers from Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, and Anycubic.
