FIFINE K688, USB-C/XLR, Dynamic Microphone, Black

The FIFINE K688 USB-C/XLR Dynamic Microphone, Black is a wired microphone designed for podcasting, streaming, gaming, voice-over work, and music and vocal recording. It provides USB-C digital connectivity alongside an XLR output for direct computer use or integration with external audio hardware. Its cardioid pattern focuses on sound arriving from the front of the microphone. Pickup from the sides and rear is reduced, which helps limit off-axis room sound in desktop recording environments. An 80 dB signal-to-noise ratio and 50 Hz–16 kHz frequency response define its rated audio performance.

The black metal housing is configured for desktop or boom-arm mounting. An integrated shock mount helps limit vibration reaching the microphone. A 2.5 m USB-C to USB-C cable is supplied for USB setups. Power is drawn over USB, removing the need for battery power with that connection. Compatibility includes Windows PCs, Macs, PS4 and PS5 consoles. A desktop stand is not included, so a suitable stand or boom arm must be supplied separately.
