NIIMBOT B21S - Label Printer

The NIIMBOT B21S portable label printer is a compact direct thermal device for producing adhesive labels at home, in the office, and in retail settings. It runs without ink or toner, using only heat-sensitive media. Output reaches a maximum resolution of 203 DPI at a print speed of 50 mm per second. It takes continuous rolls from 20 to 50 mm wide, with a maximum print width of 48 mm — enough for standard storage tags, food-date labels, and inventory markers.

Connectivity is limited to Bluetooth for wireless printing from iOS and Android devices. A USB-C port is included, but only for charging the internal 1,200 mAh lithium-ion battery, which lasts around four to five hours of continuous use. Label design and input are handled entirely through the bundled NIIMBOT app, since the printer has no built-in display. The app supports custom text, images, barcodes, and QR codes, and provides access to more than 1,500 icons and several font styles. It also imports Microsoft Excel data for batch labelling. Vertical printing is supported for alternative label orientations.
