MAKERA Carvera Wireless Probe

The MAKERA Carvera Wireless Probe is a wireless touch-probing accessory for automated setup and calibration on MAKERA desktop CNC machines. It performs automatic workpiece probing and supports automatic levelling procedures, which reduces the need for manual measurements and setup adjustments during operation. As a result, operators can achieve greater repeatability for precision machining tasks such as PCB milling and engraving. The device is intended exclusively for the MAKERA Carvera desktop CNC platform.

Integrating this probe into a machining workflow replaces manual dialling and visual alignment with a repeatable electronic detection method. The unit communicates with the machine controller to register surface coordinates without operator intervention. Installation requires mounting the probe in the existing tool holder and pairing it with the CNC system. This setup saves time on material preparation for each job and accommodates various standard collet configurations commonly found on desktop CNC machines.
