TerraMaster F4 SSD - NAS file server

The TerraMaster F4 SSD is a desktop 4-bay NAS file server designed for high-speed NVMe M.2 2280 storage. It ships without drives and supports PCIe 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0 SSDs up to a maximum total capacity of 32 TB. An Intel N95 quad-core processor running at up to 3.4 GHz is paired with 8 GB of DDR5 non-ECC SODIMM memory for file sharing, backups, and media serving. A single 5 GbE RJ45 Ethernet port provides network access at speeds up to 5000 Mbit/s. Storage administration supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, and 10, with online RAID expansion and migration. The unit suits home users and small offices that need fast, configurable shared storage.

Active cooling relies on two 50 mm fans, producing a noise level of 19 dB. The unit draws 32 W under typical load from a 48 W external power adapter and includes an on/off switch alongside Wake-on-LAN support. For local connectivity, the enclosure provides two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and one HDMI 2.1 output. The TOS operating system is accessed through a web browser and supports Windows, macOS, and Linux. It allows up to 128 users and 100 concurrent connections over standard network protocols including SMB/CIFS, NFS, FTP, and iSCSI. Memory is upgradable to 32 GB via the single SODIMM slot.
