DJI SDR Transmission Combo 2 Wireless Video Transmission System

The DJI SDR Transmission Combo 2 is a wireless video transmission system for cameras with HDMI or SDI output and for DJI RS 4 Pro, RS 4 and RS 3 Pro setups. It sends a live camera feed to compatible monitoring equipment for on-set viewing and remote operation. Under suitable conditions, its rated transmission distance reaches 3,000 m, giving crews room to monitor cameras away from the rig. Software-Defined Radio and Wi-Fi are the two available wireless connection methods. Video is carried at up to Full HD 1920 × 1080 resolution and 60 fps, with H.264 encoding supported for the transmitted feed.

Each compact unit weighs approximately 145 g, which limits the load added to a camera or gimbal setup. The 64 × 32 × 86.5 mm enclosure is sized for integration into production rigs. Power can come from USB-C or a Sony NP-F battery, allowing use with either a wired supply or a common camera battery format. The specified 6.8–17.2 V input range should be checked against the chosen supply. Operation is rated from −10 °C to 40 °C, covering cold and warm shooting environments within that range.
