SONOFF SenseGuard DW Gen2 - Smart Door/Window Sensor, White

The SONOFF SenseGuard DW Gen2 Zigbee Smart Door/Window Sensor SNZB-04PR2 is an indoor magnetic contact sensor that reports whether an opening point is open or closed. It uses Zigbee IEEE 802.15.4 connectivity and requires a compatible Zigbee hub to communicate with a smart-home system. The sensor is intended for doors, windows and other openings, including cabinets, drawers, gates, refrigerators and safes. It can also detect intrusion and tampering, helping identify unexpected access or interference with the device. Status changes can be used to trigger smart-home scenes, such as notifications or security routines. This makes it suited to entry monitoring and automation where a change in opening status is the relevant event.

The housing is made from PC and is designed for adhesive surface mounting indoors. Power comes from two replaceable AAA alkaline batteries, with a stated battery life of up to three years under typical use. A low-battery indication helps show when replacement is needed. Compatibility includes SONOFF Zigbee hubs and bridges, eWeLink and Home Assistant; Apple Home use is supported through a Matter bridge. The eWeLink app supports iOS and Android, allowing sensor status to be checked through a mobile device. The sensor does not connect directly over Wi-Fi, so operation depends on a compatible Zigbee hub or bridge.
