MicroConnect Cat6a, UTP, RJ45, 20m Network Cable, Grey

This MICROCONNECT Cat6a slim Ethernet cable connects network equipment such as computers, switches, routers and patch panels. It is rated for operation at up to 500 MHz, the main frequency specification provided for the cable. PoE++ support allows compatible equipment to receive power over the Ethernet connection. Its U/UTP construction is unshielded, which is a relevant distinction when selecting between shielded and unshielded LAN cables. The cable is intended for network links where Cat6a cabling is required.

The LSZH jacket is low-smoke and halogen-free, a material detail that may matter where cable-jacket requirements apply. Its 3.6 mm slim profile can simplify routing through tight spaces and managing dense cable runs. Male RJ-45 plugs are fitted at both ends, and both connectors have straight form factors. The product also has moulded snagless boots at the connectors. It is not suitable for outdoor use, so it is intended for indoor network installations.
