Sony BRAVIA Theatre Bar 7, 5.0.2, Dolby Atmos Soundbar system, with wireless subwoofer, Black

The Sony BRAVIA Theatre Bar 7 Soundbar and Sub 7 Wireless Subwoofer Kit is a two-piece audio system for television, films, music and gaming. Its nine speaker units form a 5.0.2-channel soundbar configuration. Sony’s 360 Spatial Sound Mapping creates a surround-sound field from the soundbar, rather than relying on conventional stereo playback. Dolby Atmos support is accompanied by decoding for Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio and DTS-ES soundtracks. The separate active subwoofer connects wirelessly and is rated at 100 W RMS, adding deeper bass to the soundbar’s output.

HDMI eARC provides the connection for receiving audio from a compatible television. One HDMI input and one HDMI output are available for wired connections within a home cinema setup. Wi-Fi supports network streaming, with Apple AirPlay 2 and Spotify Connect included as playback options. Bluetooth 6.0 provides another wireless connection method for compatible audio sources. Support for SBC, AAC and LDAC gives Bluetooth playback several codec options, depending on the source device.
