This CAT5e network cable facilitates stable data transmission for standard local area network (LAN) connections. It supports a maximum data rate of 1 Gigabit per second, operating at a frequency of 100 MHz, which meets the requirements for typical home and office networking setups. The F/UTP (Foiled/Unshielded Twisted Pair) shielding design incorporates a foil layer beneath the outer jacket. This construction is intended to provide protection against external electromagnetic interference, contributing to signal integrity. Physical construction consists of 26/7 AWG stranded Copper-Clad Aluminum (CCA) conductors encased in a Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket, resulting in a flexible, round cable with a 5.5 mm outer diameter.
