ATEN KA7170-AX - KVM adapter module, black, blue, metallic

The ATEN KA7170-AX USB KVM adapter connects a server to a compatible KVM switch. It uses an RJ-45 port to transmit data to the switch over standard network cabling. On the server side, it features a 0.1-metre integrated cable with male USB Type-A and HDB-15 VGA connectors. This adapter supports video resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 pixels and allows for centralized management of multiple computers in data centres and server rooms.

The module is plug-and-play, requiring no software drivers. It supports Windows, macOS, and Sun operating systems. Its lightweight plastic housing is compatible with ATEN KN and KH series KVM switches. A two-year warranty is included. Using this module helps organise cable routing in high-density rack installations.
