A new era begins!

We are excited to announce that our iTronic and Multitronic Vaasa stores are joining forces to provide even better service. The iTronic Vaasa location at Hovioikeudenpuistikko 19 will have its last day on Friday, June 14th. Starting Saturday, June 15th, all our Apple-related products and services will be available at the Multitronic Vaasa store at Myllärinkatu 10.

What's Changing (Not Much!):

Apple Products at Multitronic Store

We will continue to offer the full range of Apple products and services at the Multitronic Vaasa store. You can still explore a wide range of Apple products on display and get to know them. Our commitment to providing excellent service remains unchanged, ensuring you receive the same high-quality service at the new location.

Expanded Product Range

At the new store, you will have access to a broader selection of products from monitors and components to household appliances. We are expanding our inventory to offer you more choices and the latest innovations.

Warehouse Store

Our warehouse is located in the same building, eliminating the need to transport goods between locations. This means a wider range of products accessible right away and faster delivery and pick-up times.

Apple Authorized Service Provider

We will remain an Apple Authorized Service Provider in Vaasa. This means that all Apple warranty-related issues, regardless of where you purchased your device, can still be handled at our store. We are the only Authorised location in the region offering on-site service, and you are always welcome to ask us anything Apple related.

Some practical information about the move:

Where can I pick up my order?
All orders not picked up before Friday, June 14th, will be transferred to the new location. You can collect your orders at the Multitronic Vaasa store starting Saturday, June 15th. We will inform customers with open orders about the change via SMS or email.
Where should I return a product?
If you have a product that meets the return policy, you can return it at the Multitronic Vaasa store.
What about product warranty?
As mentioned, we will continue to provide Apple Authorized Service and move our service department to the Multitronic Vaasa store. If you have issues with a product purchased at iTronic Vaasa, you can visit Multitronic Vaasa for warranty handling.
