Noctua NH-U14S, 140 mm CPU Cooler, Brown

The Noctua NH-U14S is a single-tower air cooling solution designed to manage thermal dissipation for high-performance desktop processors. The design employs six 6mm copper heat pipes and a large array of nickel-plated aluminium fins to facilitate effective heat transfer from the CPU die. The heatsink maintains a slim profile, measuring 78mm in depth, allowing for increased clearance around RAM slots, which is beneficial for systems using tall memory modules. This assembly is rated to sustain thermal design power (TDP) loads up to 220W.

Cooling air is supplied by one 140mm NF-A15 fan, which utilizes an SSO2 bearing for operational stability and longevity rated at 150,000 hours MTBF. Fan speed can be regulated between 300 and 1500 RPM using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control, providing flexibility between performance demands and acoustic output. At maximum operational speed, the fan generates 140.2 m³/h of airflow, while the noise output remains contained at 24.6 dB. The cooler ships with the SecuFirm2 mounting system, supporting a wide range of current and previous generation processor sockets, including LGA 1700 and AM5.
