The Jabra Evolve 20 UC is a wired, on-ear headset designed for professional use in office and call center environments. It connects directly to a computer via an integrated USB-A cable. The headset features 28 mm dynamic drivers with a frequency response of 150-7000 Hz, optimized for voice clarity in Unified Communications applications. The on-ear, closed-back design provides passive noise isolation by physically covering the ears to reduce ambient sounds.

For voice input, the headset is equipped with a boom microphone that utilizes a cardioid pickup pattern and noise-canceling technology to minimize background distractions during calls. An in-line control unit is built into the 0.95-meter cable, offering tactile buttons for volume adjustment, microphone mute, and call management. The unit weighs 171 grams and features foam and synthetic leather ear cushions. Digital Signal Processing (DSP) is also integrated to refine the audio for both calls and music.
