The NETGEAR ProSAFE M4300-28G-PoE+ Layer 3 managed switch serves as a distribution and access point for business networks. This model features 24 Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) RJ-45 ports to connect and power edge devices. It provides a switching capacity of 128 Gbit/s to handle high-volume local network traffic. Power over Ethernet (PoE) capabilities integrated into the 1000BASE-T ports allow the unit to provide both data and power through a single cable. Native 10G support is included to connect the switch to high-speed corporate backbones.

The 1U-high black chassis measures 482.6 mm in width and is designed for rack mounting. The switches are stackable, allowing administrators to group multiple units into a single logical management entity.
