The Fractal Design Define Mini C is a Mini Tower case engineered for Micro ATX and ITX motherboards, focusing on a compact footprint and quiet operation. Its design incorporates sound-dampening materials on the panels to reduce system noise. The internal layout is optimized for unobstructed airflow from the front intake to the rear exhaust, accommodating a variety of cooling configurations. The case is constructed from steel and features a solid front panel, maintaining a minimalist aesthetic consistent with the Define series.

Component compatibility is extensive for its size, with support for CPU air coolers up to 170 mm in height and power supplies up to 175 mm in length. The storage system is flexible, offering dedicated mounts for three 2.5" drives and a drive cage that holds two 3.5" or 2.5" drives. For liquid cooling, the case supports radiators up to 280 mm in the front, 240 mm in the top, and 120 mm in the rear.
