HPE FlexNetwork 5130-24G-SFP-4SFP+ EI - Managed Layer 3 Switch

The HPE FlexNetwork 5130-24G-SFP-4SFP+ EI (Comware OS 7) is a Layer 3 managed switch for enterprise campus networks. This non-PoE device features 24 Gigabit SFP slots and 8 Gigabit RJ-45/SFP combo ports to support mixed copper and fiber connections. Four dedicated SFP+ slots provide 10G uplinks for connections to core switches or servers. The hardware offers a switching capacity of 128 Gbit/s and a forwarding rate of 96 Mpps.

Housed in a 1U chassis, the unit mounts into standard equipment racks. It includes Layer 3 static routing for up to 512 routes, allowing for inter-network communication without a separate router. Administrators can configure the device via a web-based interface, an RJ-45 console port, or command-line interface tools. Features for traffic management include VLAN support, Quality of Service (QoS) prioritisation, and access control lists. The switch has a typical power consumption of 30 W and a maximum draw of 60 W.
