The Jabra Evolve 20SE is a wired, on-ear monaural headset engineered for professional use in Unified Communications environments. The device is fitted with 28 mm drivers that are acoustically optimized for voice clarity, operating within a frequency range of 150 Hz to 7000 Hz. The on-ear design provides passive noise isolation by physically covering the user's ear to help reduce ambient sounds.

For voice input, the headset incorporates a unidirectional boom microphone with integrated noise-canceling technology to focus on the user's speech.
