Noctua NH-U14S DX-3647, 140 mm CPU Cooler, Brown

The Noctua NH-U14S DX-3647 is engineered for demanding server and workstation applications utilizing the Intel LGA3647 platform. This cooler employs a single-tower design optimized for compatibility with tall RAM modules and dense system configurations. Heat transfer is managed by six 6 mm diameter copper heatpipes connecting a nickel-plated copper base to an array of aluminum fins. The assembly is rated to manage processors with up to a 200 W Thermal Design Power (TDP) under standard operating conditions.

Cooling is provided by a single 140 mm NF-A15 fan designed for balanced performance and acoustic characteristics. The fan operates across a controlled speed range of 300 to 1500 RPM via Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) support. At maximum speed, the fan generates an airflow of 140.2 m³/h and a static pressure of 2.08 mmH₂O, resulting in a maximum reported noise level of 24.6 dB. The integrated Self-Stabilising Oil-pressure Bearing (SSO) contributes to a reported Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) of 150,000 hours.
