DE-LOCK 89355 PCI Express x1 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Expansion Card, 7 Ports (5x External, 2x Internal)

The DeLOCK 89355 PCI Express x1 expansion card adds extra USB ports to desktop computers. It connects via a standard PCI Express x1 slot and supports the USB 3.2 Gen 1 standard, which is identical to USB 3.1 Gen 1. The interface supports data transfer rates of up to 5 Gbit/s, providing enough bandwidth for devices such as external solid-state drives and high-resolution card readers. The card allows you to increase the total number of USB ports without upgrading the motherboard.

The card provides seven USB Type-A ports. Five external ports are accessible from the rear bracket, while two internal ports allow for the connection of fixed internal devices. A VLI chipset manages data flow. System requirements include Windows 8.1, 10, or 11, or a Linux distribution with kernel 5.8.0 or newer. Power and data are transmitted directly through the motherboard interface to maintain a stable connection.
