The Cisco Meraki MS390-24UX-HW is a Layer 3 access switch designed for high-density enterprise networks. It features 24 mGig RJ-45 ports to connect client devices and infrastructure equipment. With a switching capacity of 640 Gbit/s and a forwarding rate of 476.19 Mpps, the switch maintains data throughput across all active connections. Integrated 10G uplinks provide high-speed connectivity to core network layers or dedicated servers.

The 1U chassis is designed for standard equipment racks and uses three internal fans for cooling. It provides Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) to connected hardware directly through data cabling. Traffic management is handled via Access Control Lists (ACLs) and Quality of Service (QoS) protocols. The switch also supports OSPFv2, VRRP, DHCP relay, and server functions. Up to eight units can be physically stacked to simplify administration and increase local port density.
