The ASUS Hyper M.2 x16 Gen 4 card holds up to four NVMe M.2 SSDs in a single PCIe 4.0 x16 slot. It provides the high bandwidth required for storage-intensive tasks, reaching transfer rates of up to 256 Gbit/s when paired with compatible Gen 4 hardware. Drives can be configured in arrays for increased sequential throughput or data redundancy. The card is compatible with both PCIe 4.0 and PCIe 3.0 systems.

An integrated heatsink and fan keep the card cool during operation. Four LEDs on the bracket provide activity status for each drive.
