Heat is transferred from the CPU via a copper base plate that contacts four 6 mm copper heat pipes. These heat pipes utilize direct contact to move thermal energy into the aluminum fin array, maximizing the surface area available for dissipation. The entire heatsink and heat pipes feature a uniform black coating intended for consistent aesthetics.

Cooling performance is delivered by a single 120 mm fan utilizing durable rifle bearing technology. This fan operates within a rotational speed range that peaks at 1500 RPM, achieving a maximum acoustic output of 26.8 dB during full load operation. The minimum observed noise level is 19.1 dB, supporting quiet system builds. The unit supports Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control via a 4-pin connector, allowing the system to dynamically adjust fan speed based on thermal requirements.
