Ubiquiti UniFi USW-48-POE - Switch, Stainless steel

The Ubiquiti UniFi USW-48-POE is a Layer 2 managed switch with 48 Gigabit Ethernet ports and four SFP slots, designed for medium-to-large local area networks. This 1U rack-mountable unit features 32 RJ45 ports that support Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+), providing both data and power to devices such as IP cameras and access points. It offers a switching capacity of 104 Gbit/s and a forwarding rate of 77.38 Mpps. Four 1G SFP slots are included to support fiber uplinks to core switches or separate network segments.

Housed in an SGCC steel chassis, the switch is designed for integration into standard server racks. It supports up to 1,000 active VLANs for traffic segmentation and improved internal security. Stability under load is managed through Spanning Tree Protocol, link aggregation, and broadcast storm control. Access control is handled via Access Control Lists (ACLs) and RADIUS authentication. A 1.3-inch touchscreen LCM display provides local monitoring of port status and system metrics.
