The Fractal Design Meshify 2 is a mid-tower case engineered with a focus on airflow performance. Its distinctive front panel features an open mesh design, which works in conjunction with filtered ventilation on the top and bottom panels to promote efficient cooling. Constructed primarily from steel, this model includes a light-tinted tempered glass left side panel, offering a view of the internal components. It supports a broad range of motherboard form factors, from Mini-ITX up to EATX, providing a versatile base for various system configurations.

The interior layout is designed for flexibility and can accommodate large, high-performance hardware. There is clearance for CPU coolers up to 185 mm in height and power supplies up to 250 mm in length with a drive cage installed. The case offers extensive support for liquid cooling, with space for radiators up to 420 mm in the top position and 360 mm at the front. The front I/O panel provides one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, and a combination audio input/output jack.
