The cooler maintains a symmetrical 95mm x 95mm footprint, ensuring compatibility by avoiding overhang of both the RAM slots and the top PCIe slot on most standard motherboards. Heat is transferred efficiently through a system featuring five 6mm copper heat pipes, which are fully nickel-plated for structural integrity and consistent thermal performance.

Cooling operation relies on a 92mm NF-A9 PWM fan, which achieves a maximum rotational speed of 2000 RPM. The fan utilizes an SSO bearing and supports Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) for thermal-dependent speed control.
