The MSI MAG VAMPIRIC 100R is a mid-tower ATX case constructed with a steel and plastic frame, featuring a 4 mm tempered glass side panel for viewing internal components. It supports ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards. The internal layout provides seven expansion slots and accommodates CPU coolers up to 160 mm in height and power supplies up to 270 mm in length. For storage, the chassis includes a drive cage supporting a combination of two 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drives, alongside two additional 2.5-inch mounts.

For thermal management, the case is equipped with one 120 mm non-LED fan at the front and one 120 mm ARGB fan at the rear. The system supports a total of six fans and is compatible with liquid cooling radiators up to 240 mm in the front and 120 mm in the top and rear positions. The front I/O panel features one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, two USB 2.0 ports, audio jacks, and an integrated RGB control button. A magnetic dust filter on the top panel facilitates system maintenance and helps maintain airflow.
