NETGEAR GSM4230PX - Managed Ethernet switch, Black

The NETGEAR GSM4230PX-100EUS (24x Gigabit PoE+, 2x Gigabit RJ45, 4x SFP+) is a 1U rack-mount L2/L3 switch designed for deployments requiring localized network power and fiber uplinks. It features 24 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports with Power over Ethernet (PoE) and four 10G SFP+ slots for core connections. The switch provides a total switching capacity of 132 Gbit/s and a forwarding rate of 98.21 Mpps. Multicast management is supported via IGMP snooping.

The device mounts directly into standard 19-inch equipment racks. A single internal fan provides cooling and operates at a noise level of 42 dB. The RJ45 ports deliver up to 45 W of PoE power to support devices such as IP cameras and access points. An ARM Cortex-A57 processor and 16 MB of packet buffer memory manage data bursts. Administrators can configure up to four active VLANs to segment traffic.
