Noctua NA-FK1 redux, 120 mm CPU Cooler, Grey

The Noctua NA-FK1 redux is a fan upgrade kit designed to convert compatible single-fan CPU coolers, specifically the NH-U12S redux, into a dual-fan push/pull thermal configuration. This setup facilitates enhanced heat transfer by increasing the volume and velocity of air moved across the heatsink fin array, improving thermal headroom under sustained processor loads. The kit centers on the inclusion of one NF-P12 redux-1700 PWM fan, a 120 mm component engineered to deliver a maximum airflow of 120.2 m³/h.

Integration of this second fan allows users to optimize the balance between cooling efficiency and acoustic performance. At its maximum speed of 1700 RPM, the fan generates an air pressure rating of 2.83 mmH₂O, while maintaining a noise profile measured at 25.1 dB. Installation is supported by included fan clips and anti-vibration mounts, mitigating resonance transfer to the chassis structure. The kit also provides a NA-YC1 4-pin PWM splitter cable, enabling simultaneous speed regulation of both fans from a single motherboard header.
