The NETGEAR MS510TXM-100EUS 8-port multi-gigabit/10G smart managed switch with two SFP+ ports is a Layer 2+ networking device built for high-bandwidth traffic. This non-PoE model features eight RJ-45 ports that automatically negotiate link speeds from 1G to 10G, allowing the use of existing cabling. It provides a total switching capacity of 140 Gbit/s and a forwarding rate of 14.8 Mpps. For backbone connections, the switch includes two dedicated 10G SFP+ fiber slots, enabling administrators to bridge local traffic to core network infrastructure or servers without using the copper access ports.

Management is handled via a local web-based interface or the NETGEAR Insight cloud platform.
