As the device does not have a cooling function, it is intended specifically for the incubation stage of production.

The unit is finished in black and grey and has a transparent lid. It is operated by a simple on/off switch, avoiding the need for complex programming. You can monitor the contents through the lid without releasing heat. Once fermentation is complete, the pots can be sealed with their screw-on caps for storage in the fridge.
