The DeepCool AS500 PLUS is a single-tower air cooling solution designed for desktop CPUs, featuring an overall assembled height of 164 mm. Heat transfer utilizes a contact plate composed of copper paired with five 6 mm diameter heat pipes. These components draw thermal energy into the main heatsink array, which consists of aluminum fins. The structure is engineered to provide substantial thermal dissipation performance while fitting within standard mid-tower chassis constraints.

Cooling capacity is maintained by two 140 mm fans operating in a push-pull configuration. These fans support Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) control, allowing rotational speed to dynamically adjust between 500 and 1200 RPM. At maximum operational speed, the fan unit generates 70.81 CFM of airflow with a controlled noise level of 29.2 dB. The unit supports a broad spectrum of processor sockets, including Intel LGA 1700, 1200, and 2066, alongside AMD AM5 and AM4 platforms, facilitating wide system compatibility.
