The DEEPCOOL CG540 is a mid-tower case constructed from SPCC steel, ABS plastic, and a tempered glass side panel. It supports a range of motherboard form factors from Mini-ITX up to E-ATX. The design incorporates a cross-hair patterned front panel that provides ventilation for the three pre-installed 120mm ARGB fans. An additional 140mm fan is included in the rear exhaust position, establishing a baseline airflow configuration suitable for many system builds.

This chassis offers flexible cooling options, accommodating liquid cooling radiators up to 360mm in the front, 280mm on top, and 140mm in the rear. For storage, the case provides two 3.5-inch drive bays and two dedicated 2.5-inch mounts. System assembly is aided by integrated cable management channels and removable dust filters for easier maintenance. The top-mounted I/O panel provides access to two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and a combination audio jack.
