The EPOS ADAPT 461T is a wireless neckband headset designed for professional calls and music playback in work environments. It features an in-ear, closed-back acoustic system with dynamic drivers that produce a frequency range of 20 to 20,000 Hz. Connectivity is handled via Bluetooth 5.0, supporting the aptX codec for higher-fidelity audio streaming. For a stable connection to a computer, a BTD 800 USB-C dongle is included, which also enables Microsoft Teams certification and its associated call control features.

This model incorporates hybrid Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) to reduce ambient background sounds. For voice communication, it utilizes a two-microphone array with beamforming technology to isolate the speaker's voice. The integrated lithium-polymer battery provides up to 14 hours of talk time or 15 hours of music playback and recharges fully in two hours. The lightweight 50-gram design includes physical button controls for volume, call management, and a dedicated Microsoft Teams function, ensuring practical operation without relying on a software interface.
