It is recommeded to replace the filter element once a month. Clean the filter with clean water for two minutes before using to remove any activated carbon that may have gotton loose during transportation.

Smart filter expiry reminders set via the app
It is recommended to replace the filter and filter assembly once a month for better filtering results. Pair with the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app for timely filter change reminders.

Instructions

Filter replacement
1. Wash the filter with clean water for two minutes to remove any activated carbon that has become loose during transportation.

2. Install the filter into the filter slot.

3. Put the lid back on the water tank.

4. Press and hold the filter reset button at the bottom of the dispenser for two seconds. The mode indicator will turn white and the filter timer will reset.

Water pump filter assembly replacement
As shown in the figure, the water pump filter assembly can be installed on the water pump.

Water pipe replacement
As shown in the figure, install and connect the water pipe between the water pump and the lid.
