The ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 240 is an all-in-one CPU liquid cooling system engineered for high thermal performance and low operational noise. It integrates a proprietary PWM-controlled pump with a 38 mm thick aluminum radiator, which provides an increased surface area for heat dissipation. The unit includes a dedicated 40 mm fan within the pump housing to supply active cooling to the motherboard's voltage regulator modules (VRMs). This design addresses a common thermal challenge in systems with high-core-count processors or significant overclocking.

Heat transfer from the processor is managed by a copper cold plate, connected to the radiator via 450 mm EPDM tubes. These tubes feature an integrated cable management system, concealing the fan cables within the sleeving for a clean internal layout. The two included 120 mm fans utilize Fluid Dynamic Bearings and are PWM-controlled to balance airflow and noise levels based on system load. Broad socket support ensures compatibility with a wide range of contemporary Intel and AMD platforms in a non-illuminated package.
