The ASUS TUF Gaming GT502 is a mid-tower case featuring a dual-chamber design. This layout separates the main components, such as the motherboard and graphics card, from the power supply and storage drives into two distinct sections. The primary purpose of this configuration is to manage thermal output and streamline cable routing. Both the front and side panels are constructed from tempered glass, providing a view of the system's interior hardware. It supports standard ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboard form factors.

For cooling, the chassis provides mounting locations for up to three 120 mm or 140 mm fans at the top and one 120 mm fan at the rear, with one rear fan included. Component clearance allows for a maximum CPU cooler height of 163 mm and a maximum power supply length of 200 mm.
