It offers two sleeping modes, both using red light (unlike other colours such as blue light - red light does not block the secretion of melatonin, the sleep hormon).

Cardiac coherence (duration: 15 minutes): Breathing exercises are known to facilitate relaxation and fight against stress. By acting favourably on your heart rate, these exercises naturally lead you to a sleep state. Inhale as the red light gets brighter and exhale as it dims. You will relax and be in good conditions to fall asleep. 
Sunset (duration: 20 minutes): Orange hues gradually evolve to a warm red to help you fall asleep softly. 
Ambient light : you can use Dreamer to create a personalized light atmosphere in your bedroom (you can choose among 16 million of colours), or to provide light at night time. 
Touch sensitive interfaces make it very easy to use.
Dreamer is battery self-operated (rechargeable via USB - cable included). When fully charged, Dreamer's battery life is 8 sleep cycles (approximately 160 minutes). 
Compact and convenient, you can bring it everywhere with you.
