This watch provides comprehensive data for athletic training with over 95 pre-loaded sport modes. Its suite of sensors, including a barometric altimeter, wrist-based heart rate monitor, and blood oxygen sensor, tracks performance and acclimatization. These inputs inform advanced metrics such as training load analysis, VO2max estimates, and HRV-based recovery status via the Suunto App. The device offers extended operational longevity, with a battery life of up to 60 hours in GPS mode and up to 60 days in daily use. Smart notifications and music controls are supported through a Bluetooth connection to a compatible smartphone.
