This dual-band system operates simultaneously on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands, providing a maximum aggregated data transfer rate of 1800 Mbit/s.
Each node provides 574 Mbit/s on the 2.4 GHz band and 1201 Mbit/s on the 5 GHz band, ensuring stable bandwidth for both distance and speed requirements. Hardware includes 256 MB of internal memory and 128 MB of flash memory, with support for up to 100 connected client devices. The system utilizes technologies like MU-MIMO and Beamforming to enhance signal stability and directionality.
Wired connectivity is managed by two Gigabit Ethernet ports on each unit, which automatically function as WAN or LAN depending on the setup. The ZenWiFi XD4 PLUS features WPA3 encryption and is supported by AiProtection Classic, which incorporates firewall security and parental control functions.
